Efficient document management in Kitzbühel with dox42

The City of Kitzbühel employs around 150 people in various departments and facilities. These employees work in areas such as administration, public utilities, culture, social affairs and public safety.

dox42 is used to simplify the creation of employee guidelines. dox42 is used by the IT department to collect all information centrally with all colleagues and to generate the latest version as a PDF file.

The data source is a wide variety of guidelines in the form of Word documents, which are processed by the respective departments, and an SQL database in which the names and paths to the documents are stored.

This results in immense time savings, as the document does not have to be sent by e-mail or via another channel. Even if adjustments are made, the entire documentation does not have to be changed.

Further projects such as a hardware and software catalog, telephone list, etc. are planned for the future.
