To facilitate the creation of standard contracts, we were looking for a solution that could easily and intuitively generate documents based on specific contract partner data and text blocks.

The "Contract Creator", a solution based on SharePoint and dox42, can fully meet these requirements. Our employees enter the data of the contract partner, select a language as well as the contract type, and enter the contract-specific details. After that, the document is created automatically.

A wide variety of contracts that were previously created manually are now generated with the Contract Creator from dynamic text modules and data from contract partners in the corporate design with just a few clicks. This represents a significant time saving for our employees.

The seamless and user-friendly integration of dox42 into Microsoft SharePoint, was particularly convincing for us. Also, the interaction with the dox42 team is always very professional and constructive.
