As part of the digitalization process, a modern school administration solution was implemented based on SAP Business ByDesign and the SAP technology platform, replacing the in-house development that had been in operation for many years.

By integrating the dox42 Online Server, the data managed therein can be flexibly and individually evaluated, processed and published according to the needs of different stakeholders via OData Services and OAuth authentication.

By using the dox42 Office Add-In, employees of the school administration are able to create timetables of classes, schedules of lecturers or certificates and grade cards for students independently and easily.

The current document templates are provided via SharePoint Online of the Microsoft Office 365 platform. The documents are generated via a configured dox42 SharePoint add-in or directly from the school administration solution in PDF or Microsoft Word format.
