Demonstrating the power of dox42 and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central

EasyKit, a leading Belgian provider of DIY home systems, initiated a project to implement dox42 alongside Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. The goal was to automate and optimize the design and generation of key documents—such as quotes, invoices, and contracts—by leveraging advanced, customized layouts.

The primary challenge was designing complex document layouts that could accommodate EasyKit's extensive business logic. This required careful attention to sophisticated workflows and Belgian VAT regulations, while ensuring the documents remained clear, user-friendly, and aligned with EasyKit's brand identity and communication standards.

To address these challenges, we utilized dox42’s advanced document automation capabilities to develop structured layouts for each document type:

• Quotes: We developed interactive quote templates that allow for rapid adjustments, providing a personalized experience for customers. These templates offer a clear breakdown of products and services, including detailed specifications and pricing structures, ensuring transparency and ease of understanding.
• Contracts: We designed modular contracts that can easily incorporate various terms and conditions, allowing them to adapt to different types of agreements, making them both versatile and comprehensive.
• Invoices: We created streamlined invoice layouts that prominently feature critical details, such as the complex Belgian VAT, ensuring they are easy to read and understand. These documents are designed to be clear and accessible, enhancing overall client satisfaction.

The implementation of dox42 in combination with Business Central has significantly improved document generation at EasyKit.
