The Comelit Group S.p.A., founded in 1956, is a globally operating company specializing in the development and production of video intercom systems, video surveillance, intrusion detection systems, home automation, access control systems, and fire evacuation solutions. The German subsidiary, established in 2013, distributes products for the construction and housing industry through electrical wholesalers to electrical installers and OEM partners in the metal industry, while security solutions are distributed via specialized partners for security and infrastructure.
Due to its strong growth, Comelit Group S.p.A. Germany has implemented Microsoft Dynamics CRM with the support of our partner company ORBIS SE. During development, the need arose for an additional tool for customised offers. After our partner ORBIS had already integrated dox42 into Microsoft Dynamics and we were shown a presentation of the possibilities, we decided in favour of dox42 as it fully met our requirements.
Today, working with dox42 is firmly anchored in our daily work, although we have so far only utilised a fraction of the possibilities that dox42 offers. Currently, dox42 is primarily used to generate PDF documents through a CRM system flow. In the commercial, accounting, and service areas, dox42 offers significant potential, which we plan to expand further in the coming year.
For Comelit, dox42 adds value by allowing for quick adaptation to both current use cases and future changes in our daily work, while reliably and efficiently generating our documents.
Looking ahead, we aim to streamline the creation of customer documents. These documents will be generated promptly following customer meetings and exported in the desired format. This may include commercial documents for internal and field sales teams or technical documents for internal departments and the service team. Enhancing these customized, client-specific documents will strengthen customer relationships and promote the growth of our business in Germany.
