React flexible to the challenges of everyday work

As a Hungarian insurance company, CIG Pannónia Life Insurance Plc. offers unique, customized products in accordance with local requirements.

We have to react flexible to the challenges of everyday work, one of them is the maintenance and development of our mail system. Originally we planned to use dox42 for creating the client letters to our new products, instead of the existing slow, time consuming document generating system that was difficult to use. As dox42 is flexible and easy to use, it was also very useful by the ad-hoc tasks occurred in the meantime in connection with letter and email sending.

Considering all the experiences we have gained, we are planning to use dox42 for all existing templates, which means not only easier designing, but increasing efficiency of the everyday bulk letter generating.
