Cardbox Packaging has been using dox42 to generate invoices and other documents from Microsoft Dynamics 365
Cardbox Packaging produces high-quality and technically sophisticated cardboard packaging at 4 locations worldwide (Austria, USA and the Czech Republic).
Cardbox Packaging is not only award winning for innovative packaging solutions (e.g. 2019: European Carton Excellence Award for innovation), but also goes innovative ways in IT process support. That is why Cardbox Packaging has been using dox42 to generate invoices and other documents from Microsoft Dynamics AX | FO since 2017. The e-mail integration of dox42 is also used intensively. The system is hosted on the Microsoft cloud platform Windows Azure.
Cardbox Packaging is currently working on the next transformation to a state-of-the-art IT architecture without monolithic applications. The flexibility of dox42 perfectly supports this goal, because data from many other systems can be easily integrated into documents, without the need of additional training for the employee working on the template design.
