BUSINESS/PARTNERS is a specialist risk finance company for formal small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in South Africa and selected African countries. The company structures unique individualized financing solutions.

As a financial services organization, BUSINESS/PARTNERS is required to create and manage a huge volume of documentation, including loan reports and agreements and needed a solution to automate the generation of documents with the ability to integrate to SAP and MS Dynamics CRM Systems.

Rather than develop a new solution itself, BUSINESS/PARTNERS decided to purchase an out-of-the-box solution that would require little customization. The dox42 Platform was identified as the solution to address BUSINESS/PARTNERS document generation and automation requirements.

We assessed a range of options in terms of the solution's risk, complexity, and long-term suitability, and the dox42 solution ticked all the requirements. The solution is simple-to-use that plugs into Word, Excel and PowerPoint and integrates seamlessly with SharePoint, SAP and MS Dynamics 365.

BUSINESS/PARTNERS adopted the platform in August 2021 and is in the process of deploying it to the Business Investments departments. We have found the engagement process with dox42 Sales and Support teams very pleasing.
