Born Consulting AG

The Born Consulting AG, founded in 2003 and headquartered in Bern, is responsible for consultancy in the divers Swiss and international insurance landscape. Born Consulting AG supports medium and large companies in their risk, insurance and claims management. Born Consulting AG has more than 20 highly qualified employees.

Until 2019 Born Consulting operated an ERP from in-house development with a connection to various peripheral systems. To simplify the system landscape and to maintain the desire to be able to better and better implement the permanent authorization in the field of digitalization, all systems were replaced by the industry software solution IBS-Alabus in early 2020. The previously used template management system could have been integrated in this change too, but no longer met the modern requirements for such an environment, especially with regard to the use of web technologies and client-independent document creation.

Since the industry software solution IBS has a dox42 integration as standard, Born Consulting analysed the corresponding possible use cases. The template management solution from dox42 covered all the required requirements. Very important was the fact, that templates can be dynamically created without programming skills but by setting parameters, and furthermore various data sources can be connected. This saved a lot of time for the manual transfer of complex data stocks and the process of document creation was professionalized. The system takes care of the tedious creation of bar graphs and other diagrams and ensures a uniform layout across all documents.

Born Consulting is convinced of dox42, because it is a mature product that could be fully integrated into the industry software and simplifies the individual creation of complex templates.
