dox42 is used in our Group as a Word add-in, primarily for the creation of individual cover letters - in various languages - for customers throughout Europe. Thanks to the modular structure of dox42, we can easily combine different data sources and use data from different ERP systems.

Above all, regularly recurring letters such as price lists with their various combinations are easy to create and quick to update. With dox42, they can now be sent at the touch of a button, whereas sending them via Outlook used to take a lot of time.

Both the Word Add-In and the Server Designer are simple and intuitive to use, and thanks to their intelligent architecture, they can be used in a variety of ways.

dox42 was recommended to us by Insight Software, whose Process Runner we use for the mass upload of data to SAP. It is practical that we can use the same Excel files for updating conditions, for example.
